The Shimano WH-MT620 wheels bring robust performance to any trail. The aluminum Tubeless rims feature double butted J-bend spokes that are laced to hubs with Centerlock brake disc mounts and deliver fast acceleration for more fun on the trail. A Micro Spline freewheel makes it possible to install Shimano 12-speed cassettes.

The Boost version with a wider over locknut dimension of 148 mm offers better maneuverability for an aggressive riding style. At the same time wheel rigidity is improved providing higher traction for better cornering and climbing.

The MTB rear wheel is perfectly suited for combination with components of the Shimano SLX M7100 series.

Micro Spline

The aluminium freewheel with 22 evenly spaced teeth keeps the cassette firmly under control for immediate response and also allows the use of a 10 teeth sprocket. In addition, the smaller and compared to the usual Hyperglide freewheel bodies more extensive gearing prevents rotor damage.
