SPONSER Recovery Drink - Carbohydrate Protein Beverage Powder - 5x60g
Recovery Drink is a fruity lactose-free carbohydrate protein drink to normal recovery time after physical exercise. Includes short and long-chain carbohydrates to provide energy.
4 - 5 tablespoons or one sachet mixed with 300 - 500 ml cold water.
This product should be taken as part of a varied and balanced diet and in conjunction with a healthy lifestyle. Store in a cool, dry place.

Based on casein- and whey- protein hydrolysate
