Details of the Newmen Bearings

Only premium-quality deep groove bearings are used.

Since August 2018 with the following improvements:

• 10µ reduced internal clearance. Due to this the balls always accurately follow their predefined grooves - even under high axial loads which for example occur when the TA-cap adjustment is not done properly
• Tighter outer seals in order to reduce the risk of water and dirt finding their way into the bearing
• Additional solid lubricants in the grease

Because of these changes the resistance when turning the bearings by hand is slightly higher at first. After a few hundred kilometers this behaviour normalizes though.

Please note:

For one hub two bearings are necessary.
