Rotor Q-Rings – Ride further and faster with less fatigue

Thanks to their oval shape, Q-Ring chainrings allow for more efficient muscle use and increased cycling performance by varying pedaling resistance according to the legs' natural strengths and weaknesses. Because the smaller diameter of the oval is oriented toward the weakest point of the pedaling stroke and the larger toward its strongest point, the most productive part of the pedaling stroke is optimally utilized and the time spent on the less productive part is reduced.

The oval Q-Ring made of CNC-machined aluminium 7075 is compatible with all modular Rotor cranks as well as Powermeters and is suitable for use on SRAM AXS 2x12-speed shifting systems. The outer 4-arm chainring with a bolt circle diameter of 110 mm is mounted with the help of matching Rotor spiders (sold separately) which feature OCP technology for individual adjustment to your riding style.

OCP (Optimum Chainring Position)

The Optimum Chainring Position (OCP) represents the different setup positions that Rotor Q-Rings offer to adapt to a rider’s individual pedalling style. Q-Rings feature up to 5 OCP´s, with OCP 3 as an intermediate starting point to optimise your pedalling style.
