Theraband® exercise bands are inexpensive, easy to transport and versatile resistance product made of natural latex with almost unlimited possibilities for increasing strength, mobility and flexibility. The original Theraband® is available in five different strengths:

light - yellow: seniors, children
medium - red: untrained women, teenagers
strong - green: women, trained youths, untrained men
extra strong - blue: well trained women, men
special strong - black: well trained men, very well trained women
