Magura MDR-P Disc Brake Rotor - Centerlock - black/silver

The Magura MDR-P brake disc with Centerlock mount is aimed at performance-oriented riders and is suitable for the toughest applications from Downhill to E-Bikes and heavy cargo bikes. Compared to the one-piece MDR-C, the two-piece MDR-P disc even saves weight.

The special feature of the brake disc is a patented interlocking of outer and inner ring, called Dovetail Interlink technology. When the outer ring expands due to heat, the inner ring is additionally supported by this interlocking. In contrast to Floating Discs, the torque is thus transmitted over the entire surface instead of only via the rivets.

The result is increased stiffness of the brake disc rotor and particularly direct heat dissipation under continuous load. In addition, there is a reduced vibration, which makes the lightweight MDR-P Disc perfect for Gravity use.
