44+: The unique Yamamoto 44 technology used in Orca's top models is combined with the extremely stretchy Infinity Skin 2 lining, for optimal freedom of movement of the shoulders. The Nano Ice SCS surface treatment is used to improve hydrodynamics. It reduces friction in the water and thus helps to achieve maximum speeds. The inner lining consists of bamboo viscose fibers, which ensure flexibility with every arm stroke, prevent odor build-up and keep bacteria at bay. This combination ensures absolute flexibility in the shoulder area of Orcas top wetsuits, which can be stretched with 90% less effort than those made of conventional neoprene.

40 FS: For maximum freedom, stretch and flexibility, we use Yamamoto 40 in combination with an Infinity Skin 2 lining and a Smoothskin surface finish for Orca's top models. As a result, open water swimmers enjoy maximum freedom of movement in the shoulder area and need 72% less power than with any other wetsuit. The bamboo viscose fibers of the inner lining ensure flexibility with every stroke, reduce odors and prevent the occurrence of bacteria.

40 PF: In Orca's top models, the Power-fit lining with its compression properties combined with Yamamoto 40 ensures a perfect fit in the torso area and prevents water from flowing into the suit. In addition, the Nano Ice SCS surface treatment improves hydrodynamics by reducing friction in the water, allowing open water swimmers to feel the speed with every stroke.

0.88 Free: The 0.88 Free technology was developed exclusively for Orca together with Yamamoto to create the most elastic material available today. The thinnest neoprene on the market, with a thickness of only 0.5 mm, combines the best lining with a layer of titanium to ensure better thermal insulation.
