Inspired by the Ultimate XC, the focus was on comfort and efficiency. Stability on the pedals and grip have also been optimized: The new Energy Grip sole is 40% more efficient than its predecessor on the previous Crossmax Elite. The Boa® Fit System L6 ensures that the upper shoe encloses your foot with a tight yet comfortable fit. Its micro-adjustment and quick-release function are extra user-friendly. The high-end material used is a synthetic fabric that makes the shoe durable and comfortable on long rides. The rubber trim on the toe cap additionally increases robustness. The outsole of the Crossmax Elite SL is based on a carbon/fiberglass composite material with superior stiffness and therefore better power transfer to the pedals as well as outstanding stability on the bike. The new Energy Grip outsole has been noticeably improved compared to the previous model: it shines with a particularly natural movement on foot thanks to the fully injected TPU material, the higher heel area and the revised tread pattern.
