CushCore PRO Suspension System Tire Insert Mixed Set - 27.5 Inch / 29 Inch

Set consisting of 1 x 27.5″ and 1 x 29″ CushCore tire inserts. The CushCore tire insert is mounted between the tire and rim to protect against punctures. The properties of the insert improve the performance of athletes, whether Downhill, Enduro,Cross Country or All Mountain.

It is made of an innovative material with properties that no other foam offers. It combines low density with excellent damping properties. The material is also waterproof, compatible with tubeless tire sealant and tuned to provide adequate rebound. Its ability to withstand impacts without damage is more typical of materials that normally weigh twice as much.

Thanks to extensive material and form studies, as well as numerous bench and field tests, a lightweight yet robust product has been developed which provides optimal protection of the rim against impacts, reduces unwanted vibrations and increases control.
