The Makra Trek GTX has a particularly colorful and sporty look. It is the perfect boot for demanding tours in the Alps - with light packs and up to an altitude of 3000 meters. Thanks to the special profile design and Hanwag 3D Prism Base technology, the shoe has a very light and comfortable sole construction. The Vibram Integral Light offers perfect cushioning with high stability, which is ensured by the lower stance height. The "Hanwag 2 Zone Lock" provides improved heel hold: a fixation with a mechanical clamp. In contrast to a conventional clamping hook, the mechanical clamp locks reliably and can no longer slip once it has been secured - without manual intervention. It can be adjusted with just one hand movement. Thanks to the waterproof GORE-TEX membrane, feet stay dry even in wet conditions. The Perwanger leather is robust, breathable and durable. A combination of materials that impresses across the board.
