Fizik Tempo Artica GTX Winter Road Shoes - White / Grey
Road-specific winter cycling shoes with an insulating fleece lining and an advanced, PFAS-free GORE-TEX membrane that provides waterproof protection and breathability to keep your feet warm, dry, and comfortable.
The Tempo Artica GTX is fizik’s winter road shoe, featuring an advanced, PFAS-free GORE-TEX membrane and an insulating fleece lining that’s exceptionally warm, breathable, and waterproof.
Made for Bad Weather
The Tempo Artica GTX is a fully insulated, waterproof, and breathable winter road shoe. No matter how harsh the weather or what adventure lies ahead—this shoe reliably protects against extreme cold and wet conditions.
Ride with Confidence Thanks to GORE-TEX Protection
With the insulated GORE-TEX Cirrus XT membrane, the Tempo Artica GTX is completely waterproof and offers proven protection to keep you dry when it counts. Beyond rain protection, this advanced, PFAS-free GORE-TEX technology is designed for improved breathability and a reduced environmental footprint. This means that wet weather is kept out on the surface, while moisture molecules from sweat vapor can easily escape through billions of tiny pores inside the shoe—keeping your feet warmer and drier during cold, wet winter adventures.
Fleece Protects Against the Cold
To protect against cold toes and keep feet warm, the Artica GTX features a brushed fleece lining. This not only ensures a soft, comfortable feel but also provides extra warmth during long rides in freezing temperatures.
Secure Hold, Excellent Fit
The Artica GTX employs a two-part design to ensure a secure, responsive fit—especially important for effective power transfer to the road. The upper hook-and-loop fastener wraps around the ankle for a secure feel, while the lower part of the shoe is secured with a single BOA® rotary closure, allowing for seamless adjustment while riding.
Responsive, efficient R5
The nylon sole of the redesigned R5 offers comfort and moderate stiffness for efficient pedaling. The cleat position is also slightly further back than in traditional setups to optimize pedaling efficiency and reduce strain on the knees. In this winter-ready version, the outsole omits ventilation holes to keep feet warm and dry.
