Sub9 Salts Electrolytes are a further development of the Salts Electrolytes product range, suitable for taking over a longer period of time. The amount of sodium has been increased to 250 mg and magnesium to 18.15 mg, with potassium reduced to 54.01 mg to achieve a lower salt content than the previous capsules. They contain ginger extract to improve digestion in endurance athletes.

Directions:

Take 1 capsule 30 minutes before and after workout. Then during exercise take 1 capsule every 30-60 minutes with at least one glass of water (150 ml).
