Triple in Mold Construction

With in-mold technology, the outer polycarbonate shell is molded directly with expandable polystyrene (EPS) during the injection phase of the shock-absorbing foam. The result is a much stiffer structure that is impact resistant, extremely lightweight and provides better ventilation. The combined action of the EPS structure, the polycarbonate cap and the exoskeleton creates resistance to the mechanical action exerted by an impact and distributes the energy so that it is not transmitted to the head.

RSR 10 Retention System
Lightweight yet resistant, the RSR 10 adjustable retention system allows a perfect personalized fit thanks to its circumferential structure and multiple micrometric vertical and horizontal positions for size adjustment.
