Sixpack Your Part Millenium 3.0 Pedals - Raw

The Your Part Millenium 3.0 are Sixpack's first aluminum pedals made in germany. The 6082 T6 aluminum for the pedal body is 70% recycled and is CNC machined in germany. The unique pedals have a weight of 380g and easily pass the tests of product category 5. The CNC look of the product brings minor visual variations, which make each pedal unique and whereby no pair is the same in detail as the next.

The 16 rear-screwed steel pins, recessed further in the axle area than in the area of the outer bars, make the profile of the footprint concave. So the foot sinks in easily, for optimum grip in all conditions and for ideal performance on the Downhill tracks of this world. The thermochemically hardened CrMo axle is also made in germany and three sealed deep groove ball bearings, an Igus plain bearing and a custom radial seal ensure maximum durability. Sixpack's own Failsafe System guarantees that pedal body and axle do not separate from each other even at maximum impact on hard trails.

Co2 Footprint

As part of product development, a carbon footprint of the value chain was created across the individual production steps up to the point where the pedal leaves Sixpack's warehouse. Around 2.9 kg of CO2 is produced up to the finished pedals. In comparison, the value chain of an average pedal produced in Asia emits around 13.2kg of CO2.The pedals are assembled and quality-tested in Sixpack's own assembly line at its german headquarters. Then they go into recycled cardboard packaging also made in germany.
