The three-layer softshell fabric with integrated waterproof and windproof membrane is used for the entire lower part of the leg warmers. This protective four-way stretch fabric forms an all-around armor against rain and splashing water on the road. A welded seam is used in place of a traditional seam, allowing for a 100% waterproof connection in the material and completing the protection.

A raw cut hem at the bottom of the cuffs completes the new "high-stretch" design of version 2.0 - this means that the fabric here is also more stretchy than a sewn cuff, making the cuffs easier to put on and take off and can be worn over waterproof shoe covers to prevent water penetration.

In areas where a fully waterproof membrane is not used, such as the back of the thigh, a soft brushed fabric is used to provide additional insulation and further body-hugging stretch. All fabrics feature a PFC-free Durable Water Repellent (DWR) coating that effectively repels light rain and splashing water.

Elastic silicone grips on the top hem of the leg warmers keep everything securely in place, no matter how hard you work.

A total of 85% of the fabric fibers used in the manufacture of these arm warmers are recycled material.
