These bib shorts are made from the same high-stretch softshell fabric as the GripGrab AquaRepel Leg Warmers: this three-layer fabric offers a 100% waterproof, windproof and breathable membrane that protects your legs from cold weather and rear wheel spray. The protective fabric has a four-way stretch profile that allows for a close and comfortable fit with maximum freedom of movement.

In areas where the waterproof membrane is not used, such as the underside of the legs and waist, a soft, brushed fleece material is used to provide additional breathability and further body-mapped stretch. This fleece fabric, like the other fabrics in the shorts, is treated with a PFC-free DWR (Durable Water Repellent) treatment so that it also effectively repels rain showers and spray.

The seat pad used in the AquaRepel Bib Shorts comes from the Italian market leader Elastic Interface. The LIÈGE HP seat pad guarantees outstanding comfort on long rides thanks to the very dense foam inserts. These are strategically positioned to provide pressure relief in the area of the pelvis, sit bones and perineum. The perfect combination of perforated foams of different densities ensures exceptional breathability and maximum freedom of movement. The bib shorts are equipped with reflective details that enhance your presence on the road in low light conditions, while silicone grippers on the leg hems and flatlock seams ensure that the bib shorts stay firmly and comfortably in place, with or without leg warmers.
