While the chain guide technology specifically tailored to 1-speed drivetrains keeps the chain securely in place, the X-Horizon™ rear derailleur not only shifts quietly, but also quickly across the 12 gears of the Eagle cassette. In addition, the rear derailleur features the Roller Bearing Clutch™ for improved drivetrain stability and the Cage Lock™ mechanism for easier maintenance.

X-Horizon™ | The parallelogram design of X-Horizon™ rear derailleurs limits movement along the horizontal axis. This eliminates so-called "ghost shifting" and reduces the effort required to shift gears. The large offset of the top sprocket ensures constant chain spacing in each gear, allowing faster and more accurate shifting.

Roller Bearing Clutch™ | Maximum drivetrain stability even on the most demanding terrain. Roller Bearing Clutch™ technology puts an end to wobbly rear derailleurs and flapping chains, without sacrificing precision.

Cage Lock™ | Thanks to the Cage Lock™ rear derailleur technology, the installation and removal of the rear wheel and the chain assembly are faster and easier than ever before. Simply slide the cage forward to release the chain tension and lock.
