Bike parts that normally need to be replaced can be repaired. A special cooling agent freezes metal down to -45°C. This causes the metal to contract and creates microcracks in the corroded and galvanically fused metal parts. A penetrating release agent then breaks up the rust and flushes it out. With Chill Zone, most seized parts regain their full functionality.

Application:

Simply spray onto the rusted part for 10 to 20 seconds and wait 2 to 3 minutes for the release agent to be fully absorbed and break up the rust.
For heavily rusted parts, spray for longer (30-60 seconds) to achieve the maximum icing effect and then wait ten minutes to an hour for the rust to completely break down.
If you are refurbishing a bicycle chain, only spray a small section at a time.
