The QuickDraw (3 liter) multi-compatible gravity filter system is the most versatile ultralight gravity filter on the market. It can be converted from a gravity system to a squeeze system when required and can be used with a variety of different bottles and containers. At the heart of the system is the iconic, fast-flowing 0.2 micron QuickDraw hollow fiber filter. The 3-liter container for dirty water is quick and easy to hang thanks to the hanging handle and is sized to be carried comfortably when full. The handle can be easily removed so that the container can be easily squeezed and rolled up if squeeze filtering is used instead. The QuickDraw filter can be attached to many different bottles and containers with its double thread (inside/outside) on the dirty water side and the ConnectCap™ on the drinking water side. In addition, the system's hose is equipped with a versatile quick connector that can be connected to any hydration bladder with a quick coupling and also snaps into the QuickDraw's bottle adapter. The bottle adapter is multi-compatible and has air vents, allowing standard wide-mouth hard bottles and narrow-mouth bottles to accept the filtered water. The system is designed to be safe, easy to use and durable. Two cleaning methods - shake or backwash - ensure that the filter works reliably throughout your outdoor adventure. • Premium drinking container (3 liters): The dirty water container is made from a three-layer film developed by Platypus and has a removable hydrophobic suspension handle and a wide opening for easy filling. It is extremely robust and packable and guaranteed plastic-free.
• Ultralight: Weighing only 233 g, it is particularly light and can also supply larger groups with drinking water.
• High flow rate: Hollow fibers filter 1.75 liters per minute by gravity and 3 liters per minute by squeezing.
• Easy to clean: The system is easily cleaned by shaking or backwashing to maintain the high flow rate.
• Safe and effective: Each filter is individually tested and meets all EPA and NSF guidelines for the removal of 99.9999% bacteria and 99.9% protozoa* (*Applies to Giardia, Cryptosporidium, E. coli, Salmonella and Cholera).
