At just 70g, the out-of-this-world Cosmic Wind Jacket is lighter than space dust and packs down to pocket-size. It’s there when you need it, but due to its light weight and packability you’ll forget it’s even there. However, reflective branding and sleek women's-specific styling will ensure passersby take notice.
Ideal for blustery but not so cold conditions, this jacket fits perfectly over short or long-sleeved jerseys. A slim fit, elastic waist and cuffs minimize flapping in the wind like a wayward sail while keeping body heat where you need it most, but doesn’t impact range of motion due to ample stretch in the fabric. To maximize climate control, Mavic incorporated an air flap in the back and lateral laser holes to evacuate sweat and maintain breathability. The fabric is treated for water repellency, without being a true rain jacket. Other premium finishes include an injected zipper with easy-to-grab pull, paired with reflective cuffs and hem for visibility in low-light conditions.
