Inmold Technology

Composite construction - inseparably connected. The EPS protective material is foamed directly into the polycarbonate shell. For a lightweight helmet construction with maximum impact resistance and the perfect fusion of EPS inner layer and PC outer layer.

Downshell

LFS - Light Fit System

When every second counts, a good fit is essential. The aim was to develop a system that holds the helmet quickly, securely and yet comfortably on the head.
