The Surly Little Dummy is a multifunctional 15-liter sling-style pannier bag designed for your standard rear rack. It can be quickly strapped and unstrapped. The system of Daisy Chains and One-Wrap® straps serves to secure the transported goods. There is a small zippered compartment inside. The flap-like opening system ensures quick (un)packing.
