In addition, CHO Maxx is not too sweet and does not contain maltodextrin, which causes blood sugar levels to spike. Directions for use

Fill a drinking bottle (500 ml) with approx. 250 ml water, add four measuring spoons (total 60 g) of powder and shake well. Fill the bottle completely with water and shake again.
