Newmen Beskar Flat Pedals

The Beskar flat pedal offers exceptional grip thanks to its large platform (105x100mm), concave design and eight stainless steel pins per side. When it comes to the positioning and placement of the pins, tests have shown that less is actually more, namely more grip! This is why there are no pins on the centre bar of the flat pedal body. The eight pins per side in a hexagonal design are easy to replace, generate very good grip in rough sections and at the same time allow easy correction of the foot on the downhill.

Newmen also put a lot of thought into durability and tested it on the test bench. The special bearing system is floating and preloaded with washers, which ensure that the bearings run free of tension and play. In addition, the forces caused by impacts are better distributed and the effect on the bearings is significantly reduced. Together with the robust, CNC-machined aluminium pedal body, the result is a durable MTB flat pedal that can be used on trail bikes as well as downhill bikes. The titanium axle reduces the weight of the Beskar flat pedal to 295g per pair.
