E-mountain bikers know the problem: you want to lubricate the chain on your e-bike, turn the crank backwards out of habit, but what happens? The freewheel of the motor turns and the chain does not move.
With the patented Newmen Forge e-bike cranks, a return pin engages in the chainring lock ring and locks the motor's freewheel. This allows the chain to be turned backwards for maintenance and lubrication. With the Forge E-Bike crank with Pin-it system, you can lubricate the chain as usual, without a mounting stand. If you take pressure off the crank, the pin springs back automatically. The 430g lightweight aluminum crank is compatible with Bosch Gen4/5 motors, the Brose Drive3 and Bosch Performance SX motors.
