The EQUIPE R S11 is the spiritual successor to Assos' classic NeoPro model, featuring technology from the premium RS SCHTRADIVARI Bib Shorts S11 in a simpler construction. That shared technology includes raw-cut cuffs, a minimal silicone grip, and the lightweight, compressive Type.911 textile. The key differences between the RS and the R are in the EQUIPE R S11 insert and the bib strap construction, both of which are simplified for pure racing utility.

Features of the Assos EQUIPE R S11 bib shorts for men
- Type.911 is a textile with a silky-soft, abrasion-resistant texture that offers stabilizing compression. The deep black does not lose its intensity even when stretched. It is also water-repellent and dries quickly to prevent weight gain from residual moisture, has odorControl properties and protects with UPF 50+.
- racingFit is an aerodynamic second-skin silhouette inspired by WorldTour-based research and development. The micro-fitted shape wraps the large muscles with compressive support in a racingFit standard length, which is slightly longer than the standard length of the regularFit
- zeroPressure Waist: A waistband made of highly elastic material that fits like a second skin while reducing pressure in aggressive riding positions.
- skinGrip Finish: Raw-cut cuffs with a minimalist anti-slip finish ensure that the legs stay in place without seams and without creating excessive pressure.
- X-Frame: A-frame straps adopted from the EQUIPE RS line. They limit the drop at the lower back and stabilize the seat insert and the main panel during high-intensity rides.
