Details of the Norco Optic C2

With a suspension travel of 140 mm at the front and 125 mm at the rear, the Optic combines the latest technologies from the long-travel bike sector in a lightweight and versatile package. It is equally at home on the climbs as it is on demanding descents. The VPSHP kinematics with an integrated guide wheel ensure minimized pedal kickback while maintaining playful handling - even on rough surfaces.

Extensive testing with an i-track-based position of the idler wheel has optimized the anti-squat value for efficiency and direct response. The chainstay-mounted idler wheel regulates chain growth and reduces pedal kickback.

With the separately available "Missing Link Kit", the Optic can be easily converted from 29 inches to 27.5 inches. The geometry and kinematics remain the same - for a consistent fit and balanced handling regardless of the wheel size.

All Optic models are now equipped with the practical OneUp EDC Lite tool - so you're always prepared when you're out and about.
