Novatec Freewheel Body - for DRS (Dual Ratchet System) | HG

HyperGlide freewheel body (HG-M) for Novatec rear hubs with DRS ratchet system. This freewheel technology is not only very durable, but also enables the hub to respond particularly quickly.

Compatibility:

• Shimano MTB: 10/11-speed (8/9-speed using spacers)
• Shimano Road: 10-speed (8/9-speed using spacers)
• SRAM MTB/Road: 10-speed (8/9-speed using spacers)
• not suitable for SRAM XD cassettes

Dual Ratchet System (DRS) | With two disc-shaped sprocket rings that mesh all around, this freewheel system not only ensures long-lasting and consistent operation of the hub, but also particularly fast engagement. A significantly larger contact surface compared to conventional pawl solutions ensures a more direct and stable transfer of kinetic energy. The efficient concept is also extremely easy to maintain.
