The Squeezy Endurance Electrolytes effervescent tablets with lemon flavor come in a recyclable, bio-based plastic tube and are also completely free of artificial sweeteners! You can quickly dissolve the Squeezy Endurance Electrolytes in water and drink them within 30 seconds. They provide you with the essential minerals sodium and potassium during selected endurance training sessions. Depending on the desired mixing ratio, up to 400 mg sodium and 120 mg potassium per liter of ready-to-drink beverage. With a maximum of only 8.8 g of carbohydrates per 1 liter, the focus here is clearly on energy intake. The tablets contain the two important minerals sodium and potassium. We have deliberately omitted magnesium, as magnesium is only excreted in very small quantities through sweat and therefore does not need to be replaced during exercise. Sodium deficiency (sodium chloride / table salt) is a possible cause of cramps and also plays an important role in the transmission of nerve cell impulses (e.g. to the muscle).

Use

Before, during and after all sporting activities. Take 200 - 250 ml every 20 minutes during training and competition and 500 ml after training and competition if required. Add one effervescent tablet to 250 - 375 ml of water and allow to dissolve. Maximum daily intake: 20 tablets.

The recommended daily intake must not be exceeded. Food supplements are not a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. The product should be stored out of the reach of small children.
