The optimized composition of short and medium-chain carbohydrates contributes to the maintenance of endurance performance during exercise. The added minerals replace the electrolytes excreted through perspiration. Potassium, calcium and magnesium in particular are crucial for proper muscle function. A fluid loss of just 2% of body weight (1 - 2 liters) leads to a drop in performance of approx. 20%. It is therefore important to replace lost fluids quickly. Very well tolerated. Mostly also suitable for fructose intolerance.

Directions for use

Dissolve in water as follows:

• 1 ¼ measuring spoon (approx. 20 g) makes 250 ml
• 2 ¼ measuring spoons (approx. 36 g) makes 500 ml
• 4 ½ measuring spoons (approx. 72 g) makes 1000 ml

For competitions lasting over 1 hour, for example, 250 - 500 ml of the drink preparation should be drunk in the last hour before the start. During the exercise phase, regular drinking in portions of 150 - 200 ml every 15 - 20 minutes is recommended.
