CORE Heat Training Suit - 2 pcs

The CORE Heat Suit allows you to effectively conduct heat training

The CORE suit is ideal for indoor heat training, either cycling or running. The specially designed garment becomes a 'portable environmental chamber' and allows you to elevate your core body temperature faster with less physical effort. Reaching your ideal Heat Strain Index for heat training become simple.

Each suit can be used many times – simply rinse it in the shower and let air dry. There are two suits in each package.

Important Warning:

  • Overexposure to high temperatures can be dangerous to your health and the use of this product can lead to dehydration, heat stroke, heat exhaustion, and other heat-related illnesses, and in extreme cases, death. Please read the article on Heat Safety.
  • To reduce the risk of overheating and dehydration, drink plenty of water before, during and after the use of the suit. If you experience dizziness, vomiting, muscle cramps, nausea, and/or light-headedness, stop using the suit and seek emergency medical help immediately.
  • If you are over 65, suffer from a heart condition, high blood pressure, diabetes, respiratory condition, and/or under medical treatment, please do not use the suit without consulting a physician or a healthcare provider. Pregnant women and children (under the age of 18) should not use the suit under any circumstance.
  • This is not a toy. To avoid danger of suffocation, keep the suit out of reach of babies and young children.
