How to use

Drink one Puree every 45 minutes before, during or after exercise. Näak recommends drinking 1 Puree every 45-60 minutes. If you are competing in an ultra run, Näak recommends an energy intake of 300 to 350 Kcal per hour. You can achieve these values by using a puree in addition to other Näak Ultra Energy™ products.
