These shell pants are created for single track mountain biking with all the specific features and fit needed. Though it can be used for all kinds of biking or outdoor activities requiring some extra weather protection. Norrøna use the GORE-TEX® PRO fabric because it is the world-leading environmentally responsible membrane for durable waterproofness, optimized breathability and total windproofness. The GORE-TEX ePE (expanded polyethylene) membrane is a key milestone in the responsible performance journey, providing high-performing, durable products that are engineered for long product life. The GORE‑TEX ePE membrane is light and thin, yet strong, and it's PFAS free (under 50ppm) with a reduced carbon footprint. To form new GORE‑TEX products, the membrane is combined with carefully selected textiles including recycled, solution or undyed textiles. Key areas such as around the seat and at the ankles have been reinforced with a 70X160d recycled nylon , 148 g/m2 GORE-TEX® PRO.

Main features include: A custom-fit waist system, side zip ventilation, key pocket on the waist, two tight pockets, one with internal mesh pocket for phone, ankle velcro closure, inside waist silicon band, reflective logos, zipper gusset for easy on and off. These pants have technical fit, articulated knees, enough room for knee pads, longer cut in the back.
