recovered Carbon Black (rCB) | Following the successful introduction of the Green Marathon, Schwalbe is increasingly using recycled carbon black (rCB) in its tire production. This is a direct product from Schwalbe Recycling System and replaces 100 % fossil-based carbon black. In this way, 80 % CO₂eq is saved. And thanks to intensive research and development work, there is no need to compromise on quality and performance.

Smart Guard | This insert made of highly elastic, 5 mm thick special caoutchouc is Schwalbe's most effective protective belt for bicycle and E-Bike tires. Only tires with SmartGuard and Smart DualGuard can rightly call themselves "unplattbar" (flat-less).
