Details of the TRP Quadiem HD-M835 disc brake

Most of the optimization work went into the brake caliper. This is made from forged and CNC-milled aluminum and is equipped with four 16mm pistons to guarantee maximum performance. The caliper has cooling fins for better heat dissipation so that this can be called up permanently. The brake pads made of resin with a long service life and low noise levels also ensure good braking performance.

In addition to the ergonomic lever with external reach adjustment, a master brake cylinder made of a special stainless steel composite material ensures precise and sensitive deceleration. In addition to a folding clamp on the brake lever, a 1900 mm long and extremely robust brake hose with banjo connections ensures clean and safe installation.
