No climbing bag should be without a model from the Instinct family, as these climbing shoes are suitable for indoor and outdoor bouldering, sport climbing and multi-pitch climbing. They also score points with excellent hooking properties and a firm fit.
The Instinct VS consists of a microfiber and leather upper made of 6 cut parts that are sewn together in such a way that the shape fits the foot perfectly without causing pressure points. The midfoot is perfectly balanced between support and flexibility thanks to the bi-tension system. The midsole, a Flexan insert, supports the foot when standing on small steps and the moderately asymmetrical shape of the shoe as well as the medium downturn and moderate toe box ensure perfect power transmission and a precise toe-off. The Vibram® XS Grip2 rubber layer on the heel and the toe patch in the toe area ensure exceptional hooking properties. The supportive Vibram® XS Edge sole rubber is grippy and provides good support for small steps.
UPPER MATERIAL
Multi-panel upper (6) for the best customized fit. Microfiber upper with a single Velcro closure and a deep Y-fastening for secure hooking.
ACTIVE RANDING
The Bi-Tension Active Randing system is a tensioned rubber that extends back to the heel on both sides of the shoe. It keeps the tension under the toes up to the arch of the foot and promises maximum flexibility and optimum resilience.
INNER SOLE
1mm thick Flexan insert distributes the force in the forefoot area and enables excellent flexibility in the rear part of the shoe.

3.5mm Vibram® XS Edge sole and 2mm XS Grip 2 in the heel area.
