Body-hugging, quick-drying and lightweight fleece top for hiking and mountaineering.
The Lumiko Zip-T is one of the lighter fleece pieces by Mountain Equipment. It is breathable, dries quickly and has an excellent warmth-to-weight ratio. It also impresses with its light weight and small pack size. The longsleeve works perfectly as a base layer in winter and as a lightweight mid-layer for mountaineering in summer. The functional stretchFleece is made from 93% recycled materials, is soft and wicks sweat away particularly well. The waffle structure reduces weight, is not bulky and does not compromise on thermal performance. The covered seams are also comfortable to wear next to the skin. The Lumiko is generally very comfortable - even with a rucksack and climbing harness or during strenuous phases. The slim Active Fit and body-hugging sleeves are not bulky and ensure good combinability in the layering system. The stretch guarantees freedom of movement. The long front zipper can be opened wide to regulate the temperature during strenuous pitches. Small items such as keys or snacks can be safely stowed in the closable chest pocket.
