With a whopping 67 g - 71 g of carbohydrates (per 100 g), a very low fat content and the two important minerals sodium and potassium, you can easily leave a gel or two at home and go the distance with these incredibly tasty energy balls. Whether date/tiger nut or date/coconut - both vegan snack varieties are "addictive" and meet the highest organic standards. Dates contain equal amounts of fructose and glucose, so are only recommended to a limited extent for athletes with fructose malabsorption!

Application

Consume 5 - 10 Energy Balls per hour of exercise. Please ensure sufficient water intake!
