Wolf Tooth incorporated feedback from professional Gravel athletes when designing its DEL clipless pedals. The result is a groundbreaking design for racing performance at the highest level. Although the 2-hole standard pedal is lighter and lower in height than comparable models, the small, aerodynamic package offers a larger contact surface. Thanks to this, it not only achieves the riding feel, but also the power transmission of a road bike pedal with a 3-hole click system. However, unlike the latter, the DEL Gravel Race pedal works in all conditions, as the one-sided construction with a more open center area efficiently repels dirt and mud. At the same time, the SPD-compatible click mechanism enables quick and precise engagement as well as disengagement. Thanks to a clever internal arrangement of bearings and spacers, the Q-factor can be adjusted in increments of 4 mm –simply and uncomplicated, so that anyone can easily carry out the process at home.

Commanding Performance. The large platform ensures an increased contact area between pedals and shoe. The result is not only optimal power transmission, but also a riding experience that is more similar to a setup with specific road shoes and corresponding pedals than the usual combination of Gravel shoes and XC pedals.
Stainless Durability. These pedals last probably longer than the bike itself. Both the axle and the unit with the click mechanism are made of stainless steel for robust and rust-free pedals that can withstand even the most adverse and muddy trails.
Crisp SPD Compatible Interface. Clicking in and out must be simple, fast and reliable. Wolf Tooth has optimized its stainless steel binding so that it not only clicks in and out quickly, but also remains securely engaged at the crucial moments. The mechanism is optimized for Wolf Tooth's own cleats (included in the scope of delivery), but is also compatible with all other SPD cleats.
Ground Clearance & Mud Shedding. The DEL Gravel Race pedals are characterized by a slim profile with a more open middle area. While the low cross-section reduces the risk of bumps, the open design drains dirt quickly so that the click mechanism is not hindered.
Reliable Construction. Machined at Wolf Tooth headquarters in Minnesota, USA. Internally, the DEL Gravel Race pedals use the same proven design as the popular Waveform model. This means one milled stainless steel axle per pedal, three low-friction cartridge bearings and an Igus book with a special radial seal that prevents the ingress of dirt. Or to put it simply: these pedals work in all conditions.

Right To Repair. Crashes happen, parts get lost or go bump. In order to preserve the right of an independent repair, Wolf Tooth enables its customers to purchase all components of its clipless pedals separately – from the pedal body to the bearings. The manufacturer also provides a service manual and a video guide to make disassembly, maintenance as well as reassembly effortless.
