Profile Design Extensions - 52 ASA | Aluminum - 400mm

The main purpose of extensions is to position the hands in a comfortable relationship to the armrests of the aerobar, allowing riders to relax their arms. For the best possible performance and a customized fit for the individual user, Profile Design offers a variety of options that differ in angle, rise, length and offset.

Aero Shaped Aluminum (ASA). Elegant and powerful. With the ASA models, Profile Design presents the next evolutionary stage of its ASC extensions (Aero Shaped Carbon). Instead of carbon, however, aluminum is used, which is shaped using an advanced multi-stage manufacturing process and offers the same advantages as the iconic composite extensions. The key innovation of both series is the lateral adjustability, which allows the extensions to adapt seamlessly to the natural position of the arms.

Compared to previous generations, Profile Design follows the trend towards higher hand positions, which is achieved through a larger rise. The grip angle of 52 degrees ensures optimum wrist support for a wide range of rider types. Among other things, aerodynamics are improved by areas with a special "kamm shaping" design. The aesthetic extensions are rounded off by ergonomically shaped end caps that make holding on even more comfortable.

All Profile Design extensions feature a clamping diameter of 22.2 mm. There are no separate exit openings for cables and wires, as the design provides a direct routing at the end of the extensions.
