Race XC Compound

Developed by Pirelli technicians and crafted in the Motorsport labs, the Race Compound is the ultimate blend of speed and grip. Proven through countless test sessions, laboratory and outdoor, and through racing at the highest level, from the World Cup to the Cape Epic, it is the most performing compound in the Pirelli MTB lineup.
Designed for maximum control and speed on a variety of terrains, it ensures confident, all-conditions riding. At the same time, it delivers an high level of tear resistance for enhanced puncture protection. Thanks to its single-compound construction across the entire tread area and thickness, avoiding the combined use with other less valuable rubbers, it mantains its performances consistently throughout the tire entire lifespan, even as the tread wears off.

ProWALL

The ProWALL carcass provides robust sidewall protection and improves puncture resistance and handling at low pressures. An additional nylon layer reinforces the side wall and increases resistance to cuts and punctures. At the same time, it ensures greater stability of the tires, even at reduced pressure, and thus enables a safe ride in demanding terrain.
