In order to achieve the optimum balance between strength, stiffness, efficiency and low weight, the STELLAR Ti crank arms from Alugear combine a one-piece titanium hollow construction with state-of-the-art 3D printing technology and precise CNC machining. The groundbreaking concept is aimed at all riders looking for uncompromising performance and maximum power transmission – whether they are elite racers or ambitious enthusiasts.

The sophisticated CNC manufacturing process not only hardens the material, but also enables an unmistakable design with sharp, striking lines that make the crank arms stand out immediately on any bike. In addition to the tailor-made fit, the extremely durable high-performance component is characterized by its versatility. The perfect alignment to the respective application is achieved in combination with the crankshafts (not included), which are available in various lengths, covering the spectrum from XC to Enduro to Downhill. The SRAM 8-Bolt interface is suitable for attaching 1-speed Direct Mount chainrings and is also compatible with corresponding power meter spiders.

Notes relevant to assembly:

• crank bolt: 8 mm hexagon socket (torque: max. 55 Nm), right-hand thread on drive side / left-hand thread on non drive side
• screws for 8-Bolt interface: Torx T20 (torque: max. 4 Nm)
