With the powerful ultrasound, it is possible to effortlessly dissolve grease, oil and resinified fats, which are then removed from the surface by the ultrasound.

The device uses robust, mechanical rotary controls to regulate the heating and control the ultrasound. The device is made of stainless steel that can withstand even very strong and corrosive cleaners.

Particularity: Ultrasonic waves are extremely effective, yet very gentle on the material and cause neither damage to the paintwork nor scratches to the surface. Ultrasonic devices are very popular in laboratories and are increasingly being used at home.

In combination with Caviteq cleaning fluids, even stubborn wax, oil and dirt residues can be effectively removed. Ideal for chains, cassettes and practically all bike components.

At first glance, many ultrasonic baths resemble this model - but there are significant differences in the manufacturing quality. The Caviteq Ultrasonic Cleaner relies on high-quality stainless steel components, clean weld seams and a consistently stable ultrasonic output, which often fluctuates greatly with cheaper replicas. The result: longer service life, consistent cleaning and reliable operation over many years.

How does ultrasound work?
The appliance works with ultrasonic waves that are generated by powerful piezo elements in the base of the tank. These vibrations propagate in the cleaning liquid as high-frequency pressure waves. As a result of the alternating pressure and vacuum phases, countless microscopic cavitation bubbles are created. These bubbles grow for a short time and implode with high energy as soon as the pressure rises again.

The resulting fine microjets and shock waves loosen even deep-seated dirt - even in inaccessible places, drill holes, threads or crevices. In this way, workpieces are cleaned thoroughly and gently without the need for brushes or manual reworking.
