The Café Factory team was founded in 2025 out of a love for the beautiful roads of the Côte d’Azur and the Alpes-Maritimes—and a desire to share adventures with like-minded people. The Café Factory team embodies the way we love to ride: hard in the race and gently into the sunset. For coffee and croissants, pizza and beer. Riding to remember, riding to forget. Riding toward horizons we haven’t yet seen.
The first Speedsuit, Cerise, is the flagship model of the Race collection—designed for maximum speed, aerodynamics, and to optimally manage sweat and stress in high-intensity, fast-paced racing situations. Cerise features super-lightweight mesh on the front, ribbed aero fabric on the sleeves and side panels, and a compressive lower section. An innovative configuration with five rear pockets allows for a practical organization of various gels, bars, and empty packaging. Cerise made its debut in 2025 and proved itself in races of the longest and toughest length—worn by Axelle Dubau-Prévôt and Hugo Drechou, who became French gravel champions in it.
