The Black Diamond Blitz is the result of decades of mountain experience and a high-performance backpack designed for ambitious projects.

The new Blitz backpacks feature all the functions needed for a fast ascent to the summit. They are made from the new BD UHWMPE “Mini Rip” 100d fabric, offering an ideal balance between ultra-durable, ultra-lightweight, and extremely packable material. The one-handed closure simplifies the system while protecting against moisture ingress. The removable bivy pad allows you to save even more weight if needed. The red rope loop is easy to find, and the Pick Pockets™, featuring the new, custom-made metal ice axe holder, provide a particularly high level of security for ice axes. The hydration system attachment rounds out the feature set for an ideal summit backpack.
