Dartmoor Jibbird - Maximum Playfulness

The Dartmoor Jibbird is the ideal foundation for a particularly playful and trick-oriented bicycle. Developed for modern slopestyle riding, it combines the proven Rocbird platform with a significantly more agile, lively design. The frame has been specifically redesigned for the new generation. The newly shaped top tube creates cleaner lines and transitions more harmoniously into the steerer. At the same time, the front and rear triangles have been slightly shortened, making the bicycle even more agile and responsive—without sacrificing stability in the air. With its lightweight construction and 140mm of travel, the Jibbird is ready for bigger jumps, creative lines, and challenging tricks on the trail.

The Dartmoor Jibbird isn’t just a simple copy of the Rocbird—it’s a standalone platform designed for even more riding fun, tricks, and creative lines. With a slightly shortened frame and a lightweight yet sturdy construction, it’s consistently geared toward playful riding. The progressive rear travel reliably absorbs hard landings and offers plenty of headroom for bigger jumps.

UDH Compatible

The Jibbird frames are fully compatible with the universal SRAM derailleur hanger (UDH) and are ready for modern SRAM Eagle drivetrains. This ensures future-proofing and simplifies the supply of replacement parts.

Custom Chain stay and Down tube Protectors

Precisely fitting frame protectors made of thermoplastic elastomer reliably protect the frame from scratches, dents, and hard impacts. The ribbed surface pattern further increases durability and ensures effective protection in high-stress areas such as the chain stays and down tube. The protectors are precisely tailored to the bicycle’s frame and offer maximum functionality without compromising the bicycle’s clean look.

Internal Cable Routing

Internal cable guides create a particularly clean and modern look. Although this solution may require a bit more effort during maintenance, it gives the frame a significantly cleaner appearance and underscores the bicycle’s high-quality character.

High-Quality Bearings

All bearing points on Dartmoor frames are equipped with exceptionally durable bearings. Additional gaskets provide reliable protection against dust, dirt, and moisture. High-quality lubrication ensures low friction and smooth operation over the long term. The MAX bearings used also offer over 30% higher load capacity than conventional caged bearings, contributing to high durability and reliable suspension performance.
