Technologies & Particularities

Charger™ 2.1 damping

The redesigned damping is engineered to minimize unwanted friction while improving control and comfort on fast, rough descents. High- and low-speed compression settings are available.

DebonAir™ air spring

The air chamber delivers exceptionally sensitive suspension response and provides a spring-like feel throughout the entire travel – for more grip and stability on technical downhill trails.

SKF Low-Friction gaskets

Low-friction SKF seals improve suspension response while increasing the fork’s durability during intensive use.

Redesigned chassis

The BoXXer features a completely redesigned casting with an optimized crown design, improved cable routing, and modern geometry for today’s downhill bicycles.

Volume spacers

By using tokens (volume spacers), the air volume in the fork can be reduced, thereby influencing the spring rate curve. This results in smoother response with higher end progression.

Maxle Stealth

The Maxle Stealth thru axle is a lightweight, slim alternative to Maxle Lite and Maxle Ultimate.
