Tubolito inner tubes made from the high-tech material Thermoplast can withstand twice the force of standard inner tubes. The material can be stretched more than four times its original length, offering maximum protection against punctures.

The Tubolito inner tubes in the test

A 0.75 mm test probe is driven through a pre-drilled hole in the coat at a defined speed. Tire pressure is 2.0 bar. The force and distance required to cause a tire blowout are recorded. Tubolito performs impressively here: Puncture resistance is twice as high as that of standard inner tubes.
