Open center knobs provide excellent braking traction and grip in loose conditions, while large side knobs ensure maximum cornering stability, even at extreme lean angles. 3C MaxxGrip | The rubber compound that has made MAXXIS tires the gold standard in MTB downhill racing.  3C MAXXGRIP offers ultimate grip and superior shock absorption for unmatched traction and performance in downhill races.

Tubeless Ready (TR) | Tubeless tires have many advantages. Riding with less air pressure improves traction and rolling resistance is also lower than with inner tubes. In addition, the risk of punctures is significantly reduced by using a sealant instead of an inner tube, as small holes are immediately sealed again.

Downhill Casing DH2 | A consistent evolution of the previous downhill casing. Tailored to today’s demands on DH tires, the new DH Casing offers a sturdier sidewall with extra sidewall protection, while also providing a more supple tread thanks to a double 120 tpi casing instead of the previous double 60 tpi casing. The new DH casing stands out from the previous version with better rolling performance, enhanced puncture protection, and the same weight.
