ALUGEAR ’s chainrings are among the lightest on the market. Drawing on its expertise and extensive testing, Alugear has optimized the design of the chainring arms, engineering them to minimize any compromise in impact resistance while achieving a significant reduction in weight.

The chainrings are CNC-machined from 7075 T6 aluminum and industrially hard-anodized; this process provides long-lasting, comprehensive protection against impacts, ensures a great look, and delivers an excellent feel on every chainring. A 1X tooth profile eliminates chain noise, reduces wear, and ensures smooth operation of the entire system in the most common combinations, such as 10-, 11-, and 12-speed drivetrains. The “ Narrow Wide ” teeth reliably guide the chain at all times.

The tooth profile is specifically designed for use with road bike chains.

• Compatible chains: all 10-speed, 11-speed, and 12-speed chains from Shimano; 11-speed and 12-speed chains from SRAM Flattop; KMC chains
• NOT compatible with SRAM Hidden-Bolt-cranks
